Really on the calling once? What about obtaining info on my husband and calling his work? My atty said no lean on home in Texas! Our cars are not in my name, only my husbands name. Our home mortgage is not in my name either. My atty wants to file something during the bankruptcy against the collector and he said he wants 1/3.
