they CAN lien a home for it, must be paid b4 u sell it. not real sure since we have homestead exemptions..and you can only have 1 lien for 80% on the value. so dont quite understand it. other than that,,yes. you keep one car per driver. dont matter whose name. same as BK exemptions. file all he wants! lol. glad you have a lawyer...i cant afford one. hope he/she is good. limited C and D them CRRR on calling work and family or neighbors.
