I'm not the original poster. However, I found the letter on your website very interesting and wanted to read up on the subject. Your sample letter doesn't go into specifics about why HIPAA would apply to debt collection. I was wondering if you had any follow up material that I could read. Also, do you have a link to the Act that I could read. Thanks!
