I received a call from HouseHold for an account settle with them last August. Three people called saying they had the wrong number or looking for someone else, they were lying. The final person said give me the number of your HR Dept. I said get bent I settled the account last August. She sais she had toatlk to my HR person. How can she do that without a judgement? Which they do not have. I have proof of payment and settlement for this account. Can I sue these welfare reject telemarketers?
