yes i admitted it was valid. but no they didnt inform me of any of my rights, which unfortunately i found out after i got back from my aunts house, and surfed online looking for info. but thanks to everyone for your advice. and to old lurker, yes thats them thank you :)
by the way i CAN file a complaint with the BBB right? i mean something tells me that even if i try to get a hold of the carlson guy ill either a. not get him or b. get the same nasty attitude.
