boa judgement..lawyer threats

A friend of mine has been sued by BOA. They have gotten their judgement. the attorney for boa has threatened to take her minivan. she still owes more than the van is worth. can the attorney have the local sheriff's office take this van from her with a first lien already on it...in other words, can the boa lien override the first lien??? they can't do this, can they??
