RIGHT about the 25.00 late fee, they pay taxes on it IF the collect it. BUT, if they don't collect it they get the tax break.Actually, you just proved my point. What is a 25.00 late fee? What was the cost to them to generate the 25.00 late fee. The interest and the late fees and penalities are all generated cash. That cash has no tangible signifigance. They didn't pay for it.
