Calvary re-inserted (need advice)

I disputed a few accounts on 3-23-04 Calvary being one of them. When I checked the report again on 4-6-04 it had been deleted. When they sent the new report to me dated 4-22-04 it was gone but was not listed under the results. Today it was re-inserted. I know I have to send a letter but how do I prove it was deleted when it is not on the report dated 4-22-04? Any help would be great...I can't get rid of Calvary. The last date of activity is 2000 SOL in my state is 4 years. Thanks!
