Alegis Validation

I have an account with BOA that was last paid on 5/2003. It went to Creditors Interchange, then to Alegis. I asked for validation in January, and am still waiting. Will they still try to sue me with no validation? The original amount of the debt was $11.5k, now up over $14k with BOA interest and Sherman's "fees". I live in Michigan but may be moving soon. I have not heard a peep from Alegis since February. Is this typical? Also, just checked my credit...had 2 accounts I settled and this one that I just did not have the money to settle. Credit score went from 560 to 615 in 3 months! I can't wait for 700! It used to be 800 back in the day before I went unemployed. Have a great weekend, group!
