June 25th is the final sixth month payment, but my question is am I allowed to make the payment before the 25th and receive a letter stating that you've had satisfactory payments from me. The financial aid advisor at Cincinnati State informed me that I needed to have a letter of renegotiation in order for them to process my financial aid in a timely manner.
