Late credit card payments

I have a large ammount of credit card debt. I lost my job and tried to keep up with the payments till I just couldnt do it any more. Most of the cards are now 90-120 days or more past due and each has said they are going to send them to a collector. My house payments are up to date and I owe nothing on my cars. I have two rental properties that both have liens on them and are also up to date on payments. All secured debt is up to date. If I file BK- either chapter 13 or 7 can they touch my house (which is homestead) or my rental properties ? Take them ? or put a lien on them ?
