I would also like to add one more thing. With your income it might be a good idea to have rent payments a little higher. You want to really look very insolvent or otherwise they might try and force you into a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Again, no expert on bankruptcy but I think that a $400 rent payment with your salary may give the appearance that you are doing better than you are.
