Fruit of the Poisonous Tree This is a legal concept that says that illegally obtained information can not be used in court. Example- police go in without a search warrant and find stolen property, drugs, etc - can not be used in court because it was illegally discovered. Don't worry about what you said on the phone. Suggest you stop talking to anyone on the phone. Invite them to write you a letter. They will be careful what they put in writing. Good luck
