thanks everyone that responded to my situation. I do not know alot about all of this but it seems like I am going to learn. The van is broke down. It will not move. It has been for a about a year. I have been trying to get it fixed but still cannot find what is wrong. So they will have to tow it for sure and it does not run. The notice came from the sheriff. I need to know if they can just come and pick this up or do they have to let me know. The sheriff said he would come and get my property. This van is not worth what they are wanting and I do not own this van the bank does so how they take from me what I do not own?????
