So if they hold the title at the bank how can come and pick up something that is not mine. The van payments are not behind. they are up to date. Besides my house there is nothing else. The lawyer I spoke to was no help at all. He said I should call the lawyer handling this judgement and try to make arrangements to him and if not then call him back and talk to him about chap 13??? Not going to do that. I have tried hard to keep payments up on van and it has been broke down for long time. I was under the impression that would put a lien agaisnt my house? If anyone knows anymore to help that is my legal rights pls let me know. thanks
