i read whychats SOL, and like you some of it did confuse me, but for the most part, i understood the SOL info. i was a military spouse. stupid Toyota Motor Credit was so unflexible, i was never late on a pmt. anyway, SRA called me today, left a message saying they have "good new" i bet they are going to let me make the payments like i requested. anyone have any experience with settlements. i have about 1% i can offer them to leave me alone, but im scared to offer it as they may take it and still harrass me.
