I am very gratified to see how you all help one another without judging eachother. I never thought I'd be in this situation but after getting layed off a few months ago and my daughter getting very ill, I too have amassed a mountain of debts.

I do have some Roth IRA and Simple IRA accounts but to be honest and maybe a little selfish I need to save money for more medical bills. Short of withdrawing all this money in one of my accounts, what can I do to shield my assets?
