i agree. with that amount...BK. and a loser???? HELL NO. you are a caring person who has helped someone. be proud of yourself. money is only money. f*** it. f*** the creditors. Bk them out,,enjoy what time you have with your sister (? was it,) and know you did your best for her. im proud of you. medical has gotten many of us...and the creditors dont care one bit. it happens. what matters is family and love and what you have today. hugs**************** that is exactly what we did. perfect credit to nothing very quickly. BK it and move on. protect any assets..you have at least 6 months or more b4 being sued..im almost sure. get a good lawyer now and explain it and follow his time table. best wishes to you and your family and my prayers.
