something citi did to me with payments and interest

btw, talking about interest while ago on here. here is citis info. i mispaid one payment..transposed 285 to 258. you know what they do? do they call me? hell no. they "bucket" --their words---the 258. accumilate interest and the next month they take the 285 minus 27...and bucket 258. stick me a month late again. they report me as late. for 2 YEARS,. i call and ask..they dont know. citi is one of the worst for this illegal crap. finally someone tells me..pay us 30 and your current. why do they not want me to know? cause they invested the bucketed money and were making profit. now my 200 aint much...add in say....20,000 more..and you get the idea...they wont say you owe 30 cause they make a fortune off all the "bucketed" money. and hurt our credit doin it. grrrrrr, i wish i could sue them. they also foreclosed on us doin BK,,remember? lovely business. so...why AMEX wants the money...they make interest off it all paid to them. they invest it. he is paying them to save 3 days on shipping and god knows how much they make off his money. just to straighten that out!!! lol.
