thanks Boadcea,, i understand their concern and i wish there was a better way for them. i am sure i will get over this in no time. i like amex and have had nothing but praise for their customer service. but i think at least they should explain this a bit better to the consumer and not beat around the bush,, everyone i talked to had no clue what to say but blame it on the poor computer :)
