Just to let everyone know, yesterday was the case management conference, my attorney went... natl check bureau came with nothing, except a brochure from the bank stating cardmember agreements... can't believe they showed up actually, judge was a real "pill"...threw the case out DISMISSED!!
National Check said they would try to reinstate.. judge said whatever.. Claimed they didnt receive motion from lawyer to provide contract, etc... funny though they knew the date for this conference.. Can they file again. Do CA's usually do this? Will they sell to another ca? thanks again for everything
