WARNING: Cease and Desist Notices

If you send any creditor or debt collector a Notice to Cease and Desist ALL communications, you are practically guaranteeing a lawsuit against yourself.

If a creditor or debt collector cannot contact you, the only way they can resolve the issue is through the court system.

In my Notices to Cease and Desist, I request the company cease and desist all "phone calls" and future communications to be in writing and sent via the US Postal Service.
