My motion to dismiss got denied this week, though the judge said I did a good job on writing it (asked me if someone in family is a lawyer) he didn't read it all the way through and asked ASSet's atty what they had to say. They challenged 1 point on it and when judge asked if they had anything to back it up their claim the guy said "not right now but we will at trial" so the judge told me - "they have to prove their case, go to trial." So - we will be going to court AGAIN for the 3rd time and let's see if they can come with anything then. I was very disappointed and just want to let everyone know that sometimes they do keep coming to court and making your life miserable. I'm not too worried about going to trial though cuz I don't owe this money and they will have to come up with something to prove I do and so far in the past 2 appearances they have had nothing.
