These idiots knew they didn't have anything. They were hoping that you wouldn't show up. It's remotely possible that they'll file again *if* they can find *something* in documentation. If they do file again with the same evidence, then I'd say you'd have an excellent chance at getting sanctions imposed for abuse of process. Especially if it goes before the same judge!

But most likely they will sell the account off to another CA. Bottom-feeding scum feed off of each other, too.
