i do collections, they can't call more than once every three days to leave a message. usually they'll bump that to 15 or 20 days if they note your account as no intent. they do note no intent because you're not setting up pmnts with them. send them $50/month,they'll take it. when they call to let you know that's not enough, tell that that's all you have until you can make bigger pmnts. if they do end up calling, pay only like $25/week. because the system they use automatically bumps (the acct doesnt go on the dialer) for about 10 days. good luck
