Does court ordered child support play into effect if a creditor tries to freeze your banks account or goes for garnishment? Just curious since I can go to jail if I dont pay my support and if a CA freezes your bank account how could you possibly pay it or if a CA garnishes your wages. This hasnt happend to me..just in case (worst case scenario)....Also I have 2 collection letter from a lawyer/collection with different amounts on them and they are dated and postmarked the same exact day...its for the same collection but they have a different client on each letter..one letter has the OC name and the other says their client is MCM...I dont think I understand this system at all..should I keep these letter and can they play a positive part for me if taken to court? THANKS!
