Three Credit Report/Errors?

I was looking over my credit report and notcied a few things. An auto loan that I had is not even listed on my report. Something I have paid and was never late. It has only been a year since the car was paid off/traded in. Also Two agencies list something I had back in 2000 on a loan. I had a 60 day late on two, and the other says it was a 90 day late. Any ideas? I don't want the others to turn into a 90 day. It would be better as a 60 day but it is so old, I doubt they care much. Should I include a statement for that section on why I was late during that time? (divorce) Thank you for the help.
