I want to thank everyone, especially Boadicea, who helped me to understand my situation with MCM. I believe I now understand what ya'll were trying to make me understand about SOL's.

I have put in a request to all 3 credit bureaus for an updated copy of my reports and will check the dates again to make sure that I am indeed past (or should be within 6 months) the SOL's. From that point, then I can contact MCM with WhyChat's letter about the SOL, as well as send it to the 3 CRA's.

I just have one more question. The last time I checked my credit report (Experian), MCM was making frequent inquiries into my account. I am assuming their only reason to do so is to keep the account active with them. Does Whychat have a letter that can make them stop doing so, and is there one to inform the CRA's that this is their purpose for doing so? I've looked through a lot of the stuff on her site, but want to make sure I get the correct ones.
