i have a ny state tax lein that is paid off
i got the notice in december 2003
paid off april 2004
there was a dispute about the amount owed and we settled at 800 bucks
now my fico is at 630 because of this and trans union is reporting it as a civil judgment
what can/should i do to get this removed
