IF the CA has received legal notice of SOL ( SOL letter ) and there are subsequent entries of ANY KIND on the credit report, either "soft" or "hard", (presuming you have opted out) then there is NO permissible purpose and the inquiries can be disputed as no PP.

If the CRA refuses to delete, and the CA refuses to remove,there are, in my opinion, then grounds for legal action for violations of the FCRA.
