Non garnish state (I don't have a job anyway), due to my age, my circumstances will most likely not change, and I live in a tenants by the entirety state, and the debt was individual. So, not only was I judgement proof, but my circumstances were not likely to change. Although, my nephew had a college account with them, didn't pay and hasn't been sued yet. But, if they sue, I am going to defend with SOL. I have documentation. They probably couldn't find him. He was all over the place, and he was ill. I have checked public records, and he has nothing. I figured sewer service by now. But, if he is sued now it will be by a CA, not discover. He is absolutely judgement proof Difference is that is circumstances will eventually change because he is young.
