Do NOT post personal information on a public board like this one! Give us general information like what state you are in, but do NOT EVER post information that can be traced directly to you. Lawsuits are public information, but collectors scan this board all the time.

The SOL will not apply to you if your account was current when the last payment was made in November. Exemptions for bankruptcy depend totally on your state laws.
