My card from Discover charged off last July. They threatened to sue me (get a judgement) too, but so far haven't (knock on wood). My debt first went to an attorney, but it then moved to a regular CA. On my CR, I have no real estate, no apparent assets (it only shows Wells Fargo, which was closed last year by me), no apparent job (though I live in a wage garnishment state), and a state tax lien to boot. So perhaps I don't fall in Discover's profile of who they will sue.
