I think my First Select-Providian-Credigy-acct was sold again!! Anyone heard of this group? Lawyers in Buffalo NY, Dubin& Sommerstein just sent me a letter on their behalf. Last lawyers on Long Island must have sold it after I reported them to the FTC! This account was paid off through ccc. I have the cancelled checks!The roughly
$1400. they are claiming, is from Credigy saying this was interest accumulated since 1999 on 19% rate! Aug 1999
charge off from oc.So they bought an account based on Credigy's bogus interest rate accrual!I never heard of Sierra Capital, Anyone? Thanks!
