The validation letter I send was derivative of the letter on Why Chats website. I sent it CRRR, and cc'd it to Reliant (on both occasions). I opted out last year at the same time I put the fraud alerts on my CR's. I was forced to filed a police report last year also b/c the person who stole my id also ran up a tab on my MBNA card. But the report was specific to the card. Should I get an all ecompassing police report made?
