If one were considering suing a CA on FDCPA violations would you, or can you also sue the person calling, and signing letteres who works for the CA.

If using small claims, you are not allowed to use discovery is that correct. I ask this because I doubt the person calling, and signing the letters from the CA is using their real name, plus a little discovery can go a long way.

If not small claims then which court?? County Court of Common Pleas, or City Municipal Court.

Is it $1,000.00 per case or per FDCPA violation??

If you win how do you go about collecting?? Or will they settle to keep from losing.

I'm thinking it is time the tides turn, and their crap
can flow right back at them. I really want the ignorant worker in addition to the CA.

Thanks for any input.
