I am also in Ca.What if the account was closed by credit card co.,but you continued making less than minimum payments for a year.Would each payment re-set the sol beginning date,or would the date of account closing be the start.These accounts eventually charged off after 6 months of no payments.I am asking if the last payment before charge off was the starting date(likely) or the date of account closing(quite a bit earlier).I am so close to being sued by the junk debt buyers I can feel it coming!
