In my opinion, there is never any reason to communicate with CAs. They won't believe you if you tell them you are judgement proof. Just let sleeping dogs lie, ignore their phone calls and mail. If someone does sue, then you do whatever is required to prevent them from getting a judgement. AND, it is best to decide right now, what you will do if you are sued. Once you have a plan, just relax. Hope for the best, be prepared for the worst.
