Unreasonable request/Alegis Group

I've been dealing with the Alegis Group for almost a year now via a debt repayment plan. I've found them easy to work with (I agree to 3-6 months worth of post dated check payments in which I set the amount and the due date) until just recently. The only paperwork I receive from them is a monthly notice of the upcoming check withdrawal and a balance. That's all. Upon noticing some inconsistencies in my monthly balance, I called and asked for a statement of my account and was refused. I told them I want to see how my payments are being applied going back 6 months and was told that they will not do it---even if I witheld future payments. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
