i see in the archives you say..file a affadavit of homestead. how does one do that? we are already homesteaded for our taxes..where does one file that? thanks in advance for any info you can share on this. i also found where one can lien a home here..altho i dont understand as it directly is in opposition to the tx laws of one mortgage..and homesteading. also where i believe it says one cant sell a place without paying off the lien..which only encourages people to walk off from it all. confusing to me, to say the least. what do i expect!!! lol...being stupid and all. if you can let me know, i appreciate it..any link also should you not want to try to word it for me.. my email is posted above. i prefer to stay off the board, if it all possible, but i dont have your email.
