no, im thankful you answered but bob3 had told me in archives. anyways..we did that when we re-fied this place,at the title company..apparently one does this when one re-fies.. so im all done with it? thank you for explaining this and for your time doin it. since tx has only a one mortgage thing, and re-fi for only 80%..,,i didnt understand how one can have 2 liens. again..thank you. so, really, it doesnt mean much unless you pocket the proceeds..i can understand that cause when we re-fied, we had to pay off any COs on the report..luckily they were reported wrongly (one was 49$..one 200$ and one 125$, lol, but it wasted that money) and they were paid. since they were wrong..that didnt affect a damn thing on the same ones...reported correctly now.. judgements would also had to have been paid, but there werent any. much appreciated:)
