You may need to hire an attorney, just so these scum garbage collectors know that you are not an easy target. They don't really care if they violate the FDCPA. They will attempt to harass you into paying them.

Take this "summons" and let an attorney look at it. You should be able to get a free consultation. Did this summons come in the mail? Were you served? Your affirmative defense is the SOL. The burden of proof is on them.
