Help fast.....need to take answer to court today

I had asked before about filing an answer to the court and Taziblue gave me the simple directions in the link below. It sounds pretty simple...maybe that is what is bothering me...it's too simple. I just want to make sure that I get this right. Is it right that I can just type this up on my computer and fill in the blanks? At the top put the cause #, plaintiff and defendant like on the paper they sent me....then put Answer and a number for each paragraph and then put "lacking knowledge" by all the numbers except the number for the paragraph that states my name and address? Then do I sign it at the bottom? Also another worry I am having...."lacking knowledge" isn't denying the debt is it? I know the debt is mine(I just hit hard times and can't pay) so I don't want to lie to the courts. Thank you for any fast help!
