Yes in my eyes having a judgment is just as bad as a Bankruptcy, my only problem is I spent last year paying off and settling a lot of debt and dont want that money to go to waste, plus I borrowed some from family members. I wish I just went bankrtupt last year, Id be 100% better off. What state are you in?
