Depends on the collection agency. Some of them have really high salaries and pay large bonuses for meeting a quota. Others pay diddly and seem to hire mainly single moms or kids going through college. It depends on their level of business.

Many collection agencies will often change their name many, many times because of exposure so it is really hard to track them and what they are doing.
