If so, you are beyond SOL for Va. and they can not file suit against you for any balance owed.

Send whomever is requesting ANY payment of ANY $$ on this account the SOL letter from my website.

Send a copy to the "marketing dept." ( which is likely a CA )check your credit reports to see how this is being reported.
