Just because you're dealing with a legal situation, that doesn't mean it HAS to be difficult and convoluted. Be honest, use common sense (yes, its OK to admit that MBNA is the plaintiff !), and use your head. Answering an allegation with 'lack sufficient knowledge' is a VERY typical and effective answer used by lawyers in all kinds of cases. I guess what I'm saying is, don't make it into something harder than it really is. At this stage of the game, there's not a lot more to it.
