I think the problem is that they can not be trusted to do anything. They will go after your money anyway they can, legalities, promises to hell. These types don't give two hoots about any of it. Best to NOT get a judgement. If you do, then the easiest thing to do is bankrupcy. Read the above posts. The burden of proof is on them. Lady posted a great link. USE IT
