But this is where it gets confusing for me....I WANT to repay my debt! I just want to pay it off and be done with it, but I want to pay the organization that I am supposed to pay. Are you suggesting that I still let it come to legal action, make them prove the debt is valid and then do as the law proclaims? Are you suggesting that the payments I've been making have been going into someone's pocket and not towards my debt?
Sorry for all the confusion and questions, this is just very new to me.
