trying to pay off debts

I have my credit report, but there are no addresses or phone numbers to get in touch with them so that I can pay off my debts. I've called everywhere and no help and I'm at my wits end. How do I get the addresses or phone numbers of these creditors. I have searched yellow pages for these business and nothing.
